To the wild horses of McCullough Peaks, water is precious. During spring, waterholes and creeks are overflowing, but after a hot, dry summer, most waterholes on the range are only a memory. Luckily, the horses know where to find water during these tough times, and follow the well worn paths leading them to this scarce resource.
