THE DRIFTER

Add to Cart
Coyotes alter their hunting techniques in accordance with the prey available. When hunting small animals under the snow in winter, they stalk their prey using their acute senses of smell and hearing. When the prey is located, the coyote dives into the snow, in a manner similar to that of the red fox. This coyote was seen searching for small rodents along Soda Butte Creek in Yellowstone Park.
